What I collect

  • Newsletter signup: your first name and email address.
  • Downloads: the same details, plus which resource you downloaded. I record you in Drip, tagged with that resource, whether or not you tick the newsletter box.
  • Applications for consulting: your name, email, business, website, and what you are stuck on. I record you in Drip with an applicant tag and your answers, so I can look back at them. You are not subscribed to the newsletter unless you tick the box.

I use this to send you what you asked for, reply to your application, and send The Revolution Weekly if you opted in.

Who handles it

  • Drip stores subscribers, downloaders, and applicants, and sends email.
  • Cloudflare hosts this site, and runs the Turnstile spam check on the forms.
  • Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. It only loads after you accept in the cookie banner. If you decline or do not choose, nothing is sent to Google.

Consent and unsubscribing

I only send The Revolution Weekly if you tick the box on a form. It is never ticked for you. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time. This follows Canada’s anti-spam law, CASL.

Your rights

Under Quebec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA, you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Email me at privacy@chriseo.io and I will respond.

The cookie banner appears the first time you visit. Your choice is saved in your browser. To change it, use the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page and the banner will come back.

This page describes my practices in plain language. It is not legal advice.
